They were able to get Artem out the day after I called.  He was pleasant, professional, and quick.  He took it apart and found a lot of dirt in a part (? Don’t know the name, but it looks like a fan.) He vacuumed it out and put it back together. My Electrolux dryer is approximately nine years old and I was concerned that I would have to be buying a new dryer. I thought the repairs might be more expensive than getting a new dryer. Edit: The owner reached out to understand what went wrong. We had no issues with the repair itself, just miscommunication over the process due to a complicated issue with the refrigerator. Our fridge started making a strange noise and then the display started blinking and shutoff, and shortly after our fridge stopped working. We called Appliance Ranger because of their 24-hr availability, quick response, and at the time it’s 5 star review. Artem was able to come out the same day and said he was doing a full diagnostic. He said was our control panel and gave us a quote. He came back the next day after having to order a part and fixed it, but then said there was another problem with the damper. I was confused as he said he did a full diagnostic the first day and this wasn’t an issue identified. He came back the next day to fix the damper. Then the final price he gave me was twice what he quoted me for the damper for which I had to correct him and I’m not confident I still was charged the right amount. Overall the response time was good and appreciate the 6-month warranty for parts & labor. However, the transparency was lacking: stating a full diagnostic that apparently wasn’t a full diagnostic and then invoicing not clear. I completed a quote request online and got an immediate response back from the company confirming they were able to work on my stove. Artem came by that same day and determined the problem and said he would need to order part and would return the next morning. I was quoted a price that I agreed upon. Artem returned the next day on time and fixed my stove. I was given a written warranty for 6 months!! Two days later I get a follow up text from Artem checking to see if everything was going well.
